Okay, boys, MY turn to make demands!

I've been hanging out at this bboard for six months now for the sole reason of waiting for the two of you to post this story.

AND NOW YOU THREATEN TO WITHHOLD IT!

FINE!!!

My ultimatum to you: post the damn thing!!! The next installment by the time I go to bed tomorrow (none of your business as to just what time that is). I was going to say tonight, but I'm feeling magnanimous right now.

You have the story completed (according to you); all you have to do is post it!

And what will I do if it is not there, you ask? Hmmm...

Nothing, of course. But, that means: NOTHING.

After you two have finished your hissy fits; after you have thrown all your temper tantrums and decide to post the story after all -- guess what? Your ONE automatic reply WILL BE GONE!

That's right! I won't be back to see if you had a change of heart. I'm so sick and tired of the "tease" factor on this bboard.

As I said before, I rarely read the stuff here because so often it is abandoned before completion. I do not appreciate investing MY time in reading something that has no purpose! And YES, an incomplete story HAS NO PURPOSE!!!!! It does NOT entertain; it frustrates and aggravates!

I know that you have invested a lot of time on this thing. So... you are going to let it stay on your hard drives.

How fulfilling for you. I hope it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, knowing NO ONE will ever see all that work.

I know I speak for both myself and Dark when I say this:

Hey, way to stick around and wait for this thing to wrap up! You're such a trooper to wade through all of these "teases."

Compared to Zach and I, you've spent ZERO time invested in this thing, understand? We've spent hours on the phone long-distance trying to come up with plot arcs and how to resolve multiple storylines that were addressed before the rewrite went underway. THIS FUCKING STORY TOOK SEVEN MONTHS TO WRITE. YOU KNOW *NOTHING* OF TIME. So if you decide to drop off the face of the earth because you blew an hour, TOPS, reading the first four chapters of our story, FINE.

I'd like to think that B v. E has value as a chapter by chapter basis. But apparently it doesn't, because Capaqu, who until this point has done nothing except bitch when we don't get things out on our OWN schedule, says it has NO PURPOSE? That's FUCKING ABSURD.

Thank YOU, Capaqu, for deriding us and trying to make us feel bad. THANK YOU for chastising us for asking that people who read our work simply acknowledge so. THANK YOU for failing to understand that if only one or two people reply, that the readers must not appreciate the work and do not want it to continue.

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, THANK YOU FOR BRINGING YOUR PATHETIC BITCH SESSION TO A PUBLIC FORUM FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON.

You seem to have no problem e-mailing me time after time with your bullshit opinions about life and what should be done regarding our posting habits - why stop now?! Why post this for the whole FUCKING PLANET when it concerns YOU, ME and DARK? At least my post was addressed to everyone. This stupid, retarded attack on us was better kept to the confines of another one of your e-mails to me. At least then no one else has to hear your bitching.

I've got an idea. Instead of investing your time reading our story, why don't you use those fifteen minutes a day to BATHE.

Since it appears that SciFi has stricken me with mutism for the most part, I'll take the time to reply to this....

HHHmmm....well.....

The tale of B vs E is one that is the VERY LIFE FORCE of Space and myself, and we, the GODS that we are, merely ask for some WORSHIP as COMPENSATION.

Why?

Let's take a lesson from Roman Mythology, shall we?

If the mortals pissed off Zeus (or Jupiter) WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CREATION, you know what happened? HE WOULD IMPREGNATE THEIR WOMEN AND MAKE THE MEN INTO HIDEOUS MONSTROSITIES that sired the Executive line, as well as the hakavonnian....and in my opinion produced most of the denizens of Canada. (No offense Blinker, but you guys gave us RUSH and CELINE DION...for that SOMEONE MUST PAY)

If you angered ANY GOD the result was the same. PUNISHMENT FOR NOT APPRECIATING THE HIGHER BEING who had taken the time to BLESS THE WRETCHED WORLD WITH WHICH THEY LIVED.

Thus, we demand satisfaction. Plain and simple, my dear cappy.

As they say in the GHETTO OF WHICH I LIVE, where White Trash, drive-bys and CRACK COCAINE IS DISTRIBUTED BY THE ICECREAM MAN..."Don't hate the Playa...hate the GAME."

We are merely doing our soveriegn duty by demanding compensation for your labour.

In all honesty? I say that the witholding of fanfic is a brilliant concept. Too many stories have gone UNAPPRECIATED by the masses as they NEVER TOOK THE TIME to announce their approval/disapproval. Many of Brand_S' stuff is BRILLIANT AND INNOVATIVE as well as hilarious. HurriKain posts RE and many other tales that AMAZE, yet he gets not so much as a GRUNT for his tales. No "thanks" no....WOW THANKS FOR TAKING SOME TIME OUT OF YOUR DAY FOR ENTERTAINING ME BECAUSE LORD KNOWS LOOKING AT THE DAMN WALL WAS KILLING ME!!! Shit, dellyone has resurrected Little Fucka and gets NOTHING. He, like all the others get fewer replies than a post on WHY QUINN LIKES MANCHEESE, or something equally as ASENINE AND SELF SERVING TO THE POSTER.

Blinker seems to be the only FANFIC CREATOR in existence who consistently gets more than the half assed ONE REPLY to all of his hard work....and even still, it's not enough in my opinion. That guy's a genius.

I could go on and on, but the other examples in my opinion would be just restating the obvious. People here only want their limelight...and NEVER to give it to some others.

The bottom line is that we have been subjegated to
MUN CHEE CHEE tactics for too long. It's time we get a little something back. Authors get paid for their works, be it through personal praise, or monetary comepensation.

It's not that I am being narcassistic..well, shit, yes I AM, but....

It's just that B vs. E is our lifesblood and idea of the bboard EN MASSE. And to have it ignored is, to us, the equivelent of KILLING OUR MOTHERS WITH BUTTERKNIVES.

You, my dear cappy, have been more than understanding. I thank you for that, and for the support. But, to be honest, there's no other way than to DEMAND that the replies come.

There's no other way of telling if we are indeed entertaining...or just wasting everyone's time before the refresh of deadfish.com's deadfish-cam.

I simply was angered by the threat from SpaceTime (ie. not even the possiblity of reading it through email). *I* have been posting replies. *I* have been supportive. *I* have been understanding.

For this, I risk being penalized along with the rest of the bboard? Okay. Fine.

I do appreciate your hard work, and the hard work of the others. When I read fanfic here (which is rare), I usually *do* reply, though I admit that I sometimes don't.

But you must understand it from the reader's point of view, that when a story is abandoned it makes the reader less apt to get involved in reading future writings.

The *reader's* time is JUST AS VALUABLE as that of the writer.

I do not think I will be reading the rest of your story. SpaceTime has killed my interest. If I do, I will not reply.
