Hi!!!

I'm a new slider in town and I need to see if my handle works. Can anyone kindly help this poor little kitty in need?

Here's one more question: Which slider do you dislike the most and why?

The one I hate is Mallory. Why? I just do. Never liked him and never will. Hope this hasn't hurt anyone else's feelings. Just that I have to stand my ground on this!!!

My least favorite would have to be Quin, in seasons 3 and 4. He became a totally unfeeling, selfish, stupid action dude. And he turned his back on Wade when he had the chance to save her.

But to pick a character that I NEVER liked and never will (since Quinn was cool at first) I'd say Colin. He was poorly acted, poorly written, useless, annoying, and just made me want to jump into the tv and kick his arse whenever he came onto the screen.

Welcome to the board. I really haven't been here long myself. As for my least favorite slider, I'd have to say the van at the end of Love Gods. Sure, it showed more emotion than COC, but I found its performance unconvincing. Furthermore, it seemed to care more about itself than the rest of the Sliders and never was a team player.

was Season 3 Maggie Beckett. The reasons are as follows:
1. She didn't get along well with Wade (who I like).
2. Her personality was cold and irritating to me.
3. She was not a very well written character, no depth.
4. Her character did not add anything to the show. To me she was completely unneeded by the sliders. They were better off without her crass, rough disposition.
5. She seemed to be a cheap gimmick used by Fox to boost its ratings. And sex seemed to be the focal point of her character. After all, sex sells in advertising and apparently on TV shows nowadays as well. (Think about it. She was naked and had more cleavage shots than Wade,Quinn, Rembrandt,and the Professor combined in the past seasons.)

I'd like you to note I'm talking about the character Maggie Beckett, not the actress Kari Wurher. I don't care what anyone says about what I'm about to say, but it doesn't matter how great or poor an actress's talent happens to be if she's given a poorly written character with a poor dialogue to add to it.

Alrighty then. Hi, Sliderkitty, nice to meet you. Despite what RE says, I like to use my Lil_Sassy_Slider handle for the insults or debates. So I'm not that bad. Hehehe.
Oh, and I seriously dislike Maggie. Forget that, I *HATE* her. Do I have to list reasons? Oh well, she just-just-annoys me. And I don't like how she tried to take Wade's place.
