The Rules of the Game (Please Read!!!)

Some of you have expressed an interest in my idea under the post "What are you doing?" by Mychand (if you have not read it yet, you need to before you can read this one), but have asked for specific things about it. I'll try to answer your questions here.

Here's the proposal of the game I call "Create Your Own Sliders Story", which will be abbreviated CYOSS for short. Every Monday at 9:00 (when there's no new Sliders episode), this little game will be held. A post will be made right after that, about say 10:30 on that same Monday night, as sort of a "sign up sheet" for next week's game. This post will be the first sign up sheet, and all you have to do to play is respond to this post and say you would like to play. If you have a preference you will get it if it all possible (I'm calling the second paragraph right here and now). Otherwise, it's first come, first serve. The "bidding" will be closed on the Sunday before CYOSS game night. Then when the time comes on Monday at 9, I'll post something that just says CYOSS and everyone who's signed up to participate should post just to show they're here, then we'll start the game. Does everyone understand? If not, we could play a mock game, so I could show you how.

Actually, it was SouthernSlider's post that you made the comment. But, I'm in. I think it might be interesting. And, I would like the fifth paragraph.

I'll try anything(almost)once. But I warn you, I could be disastrous. I'll take the third paragraph. If it really stinks, which it probably will, you can tell me not to play anymore and just read everyone elses. I won't get my feelings hurt at all.

...but due to the time difference with me being in England, I'll lay claim to the last paragraph of the story, which I'd write on Tuesday mornings when I get into work (I think this would work out to about 4am EST!)

BTW - Great idea TM

Cheers m'dears
