Okay, I have just gotten into Sliders... I started REALLY watching it about a month ago, but I've been aware of it's exsistance since they showed it on FOX. One question... Is the series ending??? I've been reading these post and I don't seem to understand if the season is ending or if the show is ending period. I've really gotten into it, that would be such a bummer... but I'd really like some info on this.
Also, at the beginning of this season, where did Quinn and Colin go? I know what happened to the characters, but what happened to the actors? (I hate to use the character names in reference to the actors, but there real names escape me.) Is there any hope of getting them back? Thanks alot, peeps, please post back!CaptMaggie (who isn't really captain but who is maggie, heh heh)

Yes sadly SFC has canceled the series, but this is the 3rd time it has been canceled, twice from fox (After the 1st and 3rd season) MANY of us fans are fighting to bring back the series for 6th season or finale movie.Jerry OConnell (Quinn) and Charlie OConnell(Colin)
JOC (Jerry) wanted to be Exec producer, be in only 5 episodes, and have Charlie in all the eps. the SFC execs said no being Exec,more pes, Charlie for as long as you.
Jerry quit, after that Charlie was fired. Jerry then threatened to sue the channell if they used his or Charlies image from past eps(more or less ruleing out death,or finding home)

Jerry will be in a movie set to be released on Oct. 22 called Body Shots. You can get more info about that movie at :He is also starring in Mission To Mars. It is set to be released in the spring of 2000. More info at:

Charlie has had a guest appearance on the sitcom called Duncan, Zoie, Jack and Jane or something like that. He has also been on VH1 and MTV. He was also in a movie with Sarah Michelle Geller.
