I'm one of those people who come on and off the board. About one week of every month I'll come in and post/read and then you won't hear anything from me till the next month.

Of course, when you come on and off like that, there are always new faces here.

So, I'm starting a project so that every one knows who everyone is here at the board. It's a sort of fill in the blanks thing and if you don't feel like answering one, leave it blank. No biggie. Favorite Sliders Episode: Gee, I just loved Genesis. Almost all of s4 was just outstanding. All those s3 episodes were just sooo original. I especialy loved the episodes where Maggie had that creature thing inside of her that made her take off all her clothes and the one with the giant worm that pooped eternal life. Thank God for David Peckinpah!

Least Favorite Sliders Episodes: The first 2 seasons were just... GAY. Except for the cowboy one! S3 was mostly good, except for Double Cross and The Guardian and Dead Man Sliding because they were GAY! And s4 was the best season ever, but they had to throw in Lipshitz Live which was GAY! And with the exception of Easy Slider and Heavy Metal SESON FIEV SUX!

Favorite Sliders Characters: Hooray for Colin! The character was so deep and Charlie was such a good actor! And JOC was great in the last couple of seasons. I didn't believe they didn't let him be Exec. Producer. I mean, he was so qualified and would have done such a good job. Hooray for Jerry! And Maggie was a great character, especialy in s3 when she got to be naked. I'm just so glad they showed her strengths for at least one season.

Okay, I'm sorry. Most of that was sarcastic. I'll get a little more serious now.

Other favorite TV shows: Law & Order, West Wing, X-Files, Simpsons, SportsNight, Freaks & Geeks, Will & Grace, Titus, Wonderland (you may not have heard of that last one because they only aired 2 episodes opposite ER and then were surprised when it got low ratings, so they yanked it).

Favorite Movies: Sling Blade, Casablanca, Citizen Kane, Silence of the Lambs, American Beauty, Casualities of War, The Skulls (sorry, I had a relapse of sarcasm on the last one). There are far too many to name.

Favorite Singers/Bands: The Beatles, Led Zepplin, Jimi Hendrix, KoRn, NIN, Kid Rock (excpet for his new song which sucks more the the hookers he sings about), REM, matchbox twenty, Steppenwolf, Blink 182, Metallica. God, I could go on for days.

History I first came to the board in summer of 1999 shortly after Season 4 Revelations aired around Easter 99. I started surfing the net because for the first time, I had a reason: Where was Sliders?

I never thought Revelations was the season finale, and was thinking, that was exciting, but where's the REAL Finale where the Mallory's home world is REALLY found. Boy was I dissapointed. Then I found this board and read about how Jerry was not coming back (I never knew it until then). Then Season 5 started in June, with me still dumb enough to have some hope they would return. They didn't and I blasted the Season 5 for a couple weeks. Then, like lightening, the Floyd/Locke chat and the show is said to be cancelled. I was in the Sliders Chat room a day or so later chatting with "Rickman" when somebody came in and talked about it. I was stunned. So I frequent the board because honestly folks, we are all that remains of Sliders!
