Does anyone know who sponsors Sliders? Which companies give money to this show to advertise their products? Maybe we could save Sliders by writing to them about this quality show.

A sponsor gives money to a show or movie in return for free product advertisement in that show or movie. For example, The X-Files movie was sponsored by Oldsmobile. That's the car Mulder and Scully drive in the desert to find the train. In Tomorrow Never Dies, the last James Bond movie, they had numerous sponsors such as BMW and Hertz. This movie had so many sponsors that MGM studios did not have to spend a lot of money out of their pockets for promotion of this movie.

In the US, there has been much pressure on sponsors of certain shows to either promote the show or take the show off the air. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. Maybe if we send letters and e-mails to the sponsors of Sliders we can get another season or maybe a two-hour movie to end this fine series.

So does anyone know who sponsors Sliders other than the SCIFI Channel?
