December 6,2001-In the suburbs of Northern Delaware,the body of Caitlyn Smith,a girl who was on the verge of turning 16,was found brutally bludgeoned to death with a blunt object.Known for her obsessiveness with society's ills,Caitlyn was last seen volunteering at an ophanage.Her time of death was around 9:15p.m. to 10:00p.m.A suspicous man in his 20s or 30s with the nametag Matt H---- was seen around the neighbourhood at the time of her death.
