A requested rant (NSR)

OK, someone who shall remain Anon. sent me this.
Here I'm posting what they said, I'm gonna post my opinions as a reply.

Last Monday at Applebee's restaurant (Feb.5th), at 5:30pm, a 17 yr.old boy tried to rape a 7 yr.old girl.
The child and her mother went into the Ladies room.The child went into the stall, all of a sudden the boy reached
under and started to pull on the child's legs,to pull her into the stall that he was hiding in.The mother helped get her daughter away from this boy.
All the while both were screaming.Mother and child came
out of restroom screaming.
The boy ran into the men's room.
The manager,some people eating at the reataurant,and help came to the aid of both mother and daughter.
A prison guard (we have prison right in the middle of the
city),caught the boy and held him until the police got there.When questioned, the boy told the police, that he was waiting for anyone who came into the Ladies room.This same boy at age 15 sexually abused his 7 yr.old sister in 1998.
This attack has left many women in our area very frightened.This has outraged our community too.
Many women are now afraid to use the Ladies room,for fear of this happening to them.
A woman isn't even safe to do
one of the basic functions of their bodies.What is happening to this world??
Alot of the women in the community want to see this boy punished. Myself included.What we would like to see done can't be put into print.
I also hope that maybe the boy will get some help. But when he committed this crime,he was seeing a councelor. So I really don't think he wants help.
AS of this writing he is still in jail. Bail is set very high.

Hmmm, does allowing someone to chop off this kids 'little bits' constitute Cruel & Unusal punishment?

Heck I'll grab my sword and do it free of charge if the court will let me!
This kid is sick, I mean need of serious mental help, but according to 'my source' they where in counsuling when it happened to serious mental help ain't gonna help him.

At the very least this brat should be circumsized, and put in jail for the rest of his life.
Prefferably with a large man named "Bubba" who thinks the kid is "Purty"

You sounded exactly like my boyfriend in your reply! That was scary! He would say almost the exact same things that you did!

I don't think this boy should ever be let out of jail. I don't think anyone who intentionally murders (as in manslaughter doesn't always count) or commits a sexual crime of this nature should ever be let outof jail. I don't know about the US, but here life is 26 years or something. The two boys who were 10 when they killed 4 (I think) year old Jamie Bulger are about to be released. They've been in there 8 years. Even at that age, I knew the difference between right and wrong. The general public, I don't think will let that rest. The guy who killed Sarah Payne should also be in jail for the rest of his life, although I think the public again might get to them first.

I still say toughen punishment for these things. Unless you truly are insane, they are inexcusable.

His stories, claiming to be me, they aren't nowhere near as good as mine.

Secondly this Applebees thing isnt my falt! Its just a crazy coencedance, besides my story was way different, if there were kromaggs or Shawn Connery at Applebees then maybe that kid copied, but i dont think he did. If he did copy my story then he's no better than that charleston Slider120.

that society stops making excuses for these degenerates.
It is time for these degenerates to start taking responibility for their sick actions.It is clear that the
counceling was not doing any good in this case. IMO any man
or boy that rapes a woman or little girl,should get the
death sentence.They aren't fit to live.I'm so tired of all
these groups and liberals defending such sickos.Hunter, I
like your idea, about using the sword on the guy.And I do
hope that he does get a prison sentence,with a huge guy
named Bubba.He really deserves it more than he knows.It is

...an urban legend to me. The lack of specifics in the story (except for the name of the restaurant, of course) and the fact that it happened in a public restroom seems like a lot of other urban legends I've seen. I would certainly hope that that's what it was, and that it didn't really happen, because it's pretty gruesome.

First of all, I agree with you completely that the sick little bastard should be persecuted to the fullest extent of severity for his crime.

But I have to take issue with some other things you said:

Now Hunter, didn't you mean to say "castrated" rather than "circumcised"? Because a circumcision is simply the removal of a male's foreskin for sanitary/aesthetic purposes. Hell, for all we know, this boy's parents may very well have already have had him circumcised at birth.

Castration, on the other hand, would be the removal of his sex/reproductive organs, which would seem to fall along the lines of "chopping off his little bits", as you said earlier.

This, I do not find funny AT ALL. Prison rape is a serious problem (and a glaring reality that swiftly disproves the social myth that males have life "easier" than females). He should be put to death or locked away in solitary confinement....but I don't see how any of us could morally condone anyone being knowingly locked away to be raped in a prison cell - - especially given the extreme age difference between this boy and his potential fellow inmate(s).

As for the 'Bubba' thing, I am a firm believer in what can be called 'Ironic Justice'
I'm not advocateing prison rape, but we all know that even in prison Child Molestors are considered total scum.

He was gonna rape a little girl, so I really don't have a problem with people rapeing him.

It's what he deserves, ergo 'Ironic justice'

That sick individuals like this are allowed to roam free. It's obvious his problem was known. I've spent many hours thinking of ways child molestors should be punished. Probably too many hours. This is a subject that makes my soul ache. Some of the torture techniques I have dreamed about are too gorey to put into writing. One of the nicest punishements is to tie them to a stake totally naked, place them into the center of a bed of army ants. Life in prison, hell that isn't punishment (Unless Bubba has his fun). Sane people think letting the criminal think about what he has done, while caged in a small cell is punishment. It would be for sane people. But for those who have no conscience, they can't contemplate that they've done anything wrong. So they have no remorse.
Children are not really safer at home, or at uncle Roy's house or left alone with mommy's new boyfriend, or even their loving step father. Child molestation is not for sex, it's all about power. Which is evident by verbal threats such as "If you tell I'll kill everyone you love and make you watch." and "If you think this is bad, tell and see what happens to you." The youngster knows he mean business by the gleam in his eyes.
What do I think should happen to child molestors? Torture, torture and more torture. I don't want to know why he did it, I just want him to pay for it.

IMO crime and punishment are off balance. People get years for lesser offenses, yet when it comes to rape, and child molestation the offenders get off scott free far too often.

Still, even if a prisoner rapes another prisoner (and even if that prisoner's cellmate is a rapist who ironically becomes the victim behind bars), it's still wrong and it's still a crime. While I don't believe in rewarding inmates with luxuries, rape within the prison cells is not something that should be tolerated, regardless of what the inmates involved were incarcerated for....a crime is a crime.
