This is something pretty cool in a continuity sense. I've been talking to with Typical lately (operator of the now official Jerry O'Connell web site), and she had noticed that Jerry wore the same watch for all of season four. Turns out it is a watch he always wears in real life...his favorite (a gift from someone special - she didn't know who). The watch in question is the one pitchered in the bottom pics of this web page (not the top pic with the 3 silver circles on the face):

Why is this important in a continuity sense? At the end of the third season episode "Paradise Lost", Quinn was given a watch. It was the watch of the man who died at the beginning of the episode...the brother of the girl they helped. At the end, she gave it to Quinn so he could always wear it and a piece of her brother would see all those worlds.

This watch that repeatedly popped up in season four is the same watch. A small bit of neat continuity for the series...and a neat way to place meaning on the watch that Jerry always wore anyway.
