I brought the News Monthly magazine the sliders were reading where they found out about JFK's death. I wonder how many women JFK slept with on this world? Bet it rivalved the records held by such famous people as Hugh Hefner and Dr. J.sliderules

...an audio clip of Arturo reading the alternate history of this world to Quinn. This scene is very unique and quite unlike the scene in "The Good, the Bad and the Wealthy" where Arturo reads the alternate history of that world to Wade and Remmy and the scene in "Time Again and World" where Arturo reads the alternate history of this world to Wade, Remmy and Quinn (though Quinn was on the phone and had probably learned to tune Arturo out from all those lectures, but I digress). Find it odd that the Professor was so easily able to find the diverging point between that reality and ours? I did too, until I realized that apparently there's a Hitchhiker's Guide to the Various Alternate Histories of the Multiverse out there somewhere that is selling like hotcakes!And, frankly, I want in on it.
Want to know why the Phoenicians aren't the dominant empire anymore or why tomatoes didn't evolve into a highly intelligent super-race? I'm your history nerd..er, man!
