Welcome to Round 15 of the Sliders episode Survivor.

Survivors from each season were as follows:

Season One: The Pilot, part I
Season Two: Post-Traumatic Slide Syndrome
Season Three: The Bree.... er, um, Double Cross. yeah, that's it.
Season Four: World Killer
Season Five: Applied Physics (as opposed to the alternate title for The Seer, Applied Psychics)

What ever happened to Jesus Jones?

I haven't seen Double Cross since 1996, but I remember it being very good. I have seen the Pilot and PTSS recently and I KNOW they are very good.

Voting off "The Pilot, Part I" instead of "Double Cross". It goes against the laws of nature!!!

For some reason it really bothers me that this vote may come down to "PTSS" and what I consider only part of a story. In light of the fact that I really think the Pilot should have been counted as one episode and that I want this thing to come down to a "complete" episode v.s. a "complete" episode, I'm shocking even myself and voting off "The Pilot, Part I".

Logan was really the only reason I have voted to keep Double Cross alive through this point. Once again, I have weighed quality of the episodes very high, but special selling points are important too. That's why PTSS (Wrong Arturo) and DC and others I have tried to keep alive. If I had to rank the episodes of course, I would probably have the entire First Season on the top of the list.

Again, Logan and Zoe McClellan's lone appearance in the series has become a source of an almost Pete Rose-like feel for Logan. We loved her, we wanted her back, but the powers (other than tracy) would not have it. However, PTSS and the Wrong Arturo controversy is like the death of Elvis! Some say yes, others no. Either way, it was one of the FEW well done plot mysteries/shifts in the series. Doing the show in Los Angeles was not one of those.

So Double Cross goes.

unfortunately, not on BT.

It looks like Double Cross is going to get it this go-round if the above posts are any indication. I truly can't decide which of the three must go. The Pilot is the foundation of the show, and PTSS had the greatest controversy among fans about which Arturo slid, so I guess Double Cross is third on the list. I hate to do it, but Double Cross is outta here.

Anyway, could it get any tougher? Oh yeah, I forgot, one mroe round to go. So, which one will have to be voted off? Well, I hate to say it, but Logan, ya gotta go. I want to have the classic Season 1 vs. Season 2 debate. And, in a way, a bad season in most aspects dooms Double Cross to me. So, Double Cross, you've been Double Crossed. Lata!

If this ultimately comes to a showdown between "The Pilot - Part 1" and "PTSS," I still believe the "The Pilot" should be the winner. And since "Double Cross" is my favorite of the three remaining, I cannot in good conscience cast my vote for it.

Therefore, my vote is for "Post Traumatic Slide Syndrome."
