Sure it had to be paired with one of the most universally reviled episodes of all time... but it *wasn't* the first to be slaughtered! WOO HOO!!!

Negation vote: "El Sid," which brought us easily the most touching onscreen relationship since "Tromeo & Juliet"

Dragonslide. Whatever romance can be gleaned from Remmy and Wade's adventure is negated by Quinn's creepy stalking.

Round 2:

Roads Taken. I cried watching this...cause I was laughing so hard.

Round 3:

The Prince of Slides. Not really Valentine's Day fare.

Round 4:

El Sid. But just barely. This is something of a barren bracket.

Negation: Easy Slider. I have little hope of saving Heavy Metal this round, but I can go all out to get rid of Roads Taken.

DragonSlide again, easy choice, why is it still here people?

Group 2
Luck of the Draw has to go. Where was there romance? Way Out west had much more in terms of Sliders westerns. It had Colin and that teenager. How did they get away with that?

Group 3
This is the toughest group. Obsession had love, but it was more like sexual abuse. Prince of Slides had Remmy loving his unborn son. But he and the "Princess" was plain aweful. That actress stunk. While I don't care much for Maggie, Heavey metal was very tearful.

Save Roads Taken! Why is it I'm always voting against Blinker in these things?

BT needs to land in an asylum.

But I'm not voting for it to leave, either, because I *do* get a choice in this.

"DragonSlide"- Not enough romance for it to stack up against the others, both of which are among the most lovey-dovey of the series.

"Easy Slider"- Knowing that "Luck of the Draw" is the episode where Ryan and Wade make eyes at each other (and not where Quinn becomes the man who shot Liberty Valance), I cast my vote for "Easy Slider".

"Prince of Slides"- It's more about Rembrandt's bond with his unborn kid as romance, and the other two are pretty romantic, too. Not a hard choice, IMHO.

"Net Worth"- Feh. A combination of a romance among non-regulars being the focus of this story and my strong desire to see "El Sid" survive for purposes of humor combine to force this vote.

My negation vote goes for "Luck of the Draw". It's romantic, all right?

BTW, "Luck of the Draw" is the lottery episode with Ryan. You were probably thinking of "The Good, the Bad, and the Wealthy." Might want to reconsider that vote.
