I think Maggie says that to Quinn in their first meeting in Exodus, part I. As he's forcing her into the trunk (oh, how that should have ended) she says something to the effect of "you really screwed up." To which he makes a reply to the efffect of "then why are you the one getting locked in a trunk?"
