You see, 'Depression' can mean lower ground, like the ground that would be beneath a hole, and it deals with the depression theme of the episode. Namely, how it depressed every single viewer who had previously watched the first two seasons who were now compelled to hold their nose and watch this crapfest. And how hard would it have been for Middletown to become Hooverville?

Hey, they're the ones worshipping a false idol, don't blame me for my horrible pun.

Sidenote: It was while attempting to reply to this post on 4/11 that my hard drive was invaded and subsequently destroyed by ad/spyware. Thank you very much, Sci-Fi. You may want to do a little better screening with your ad applicants, albeit I can understand no why no respectable organization would want to work with you.
